IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: ★ Grande Rockies Update: Hallway Replacement Project - There's an ONGOING Hallway Renovation Project. You will see information/caution signs in the lobby and by all elevators in place. We have one designated underground parking stall in the parkade of the complex. Height Clearance: 7 feet. Pack & Play Policy: We offer a Pack & Play at no cost with 24 hrs notice before check-in. Requests after check-in incur a 75 CAD delivery fee. An overnight supervisor will be on site to support guards & guests, and respond promptly to concerns. NOTE: - No smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, vaping). A CAD500 + tax fee applies if evidence of indoor smoking is found. - No Outdoor Footwear Inside the Unit - Our homes are stocked with essentials for approximately 7 days. For longer stays, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies they need.
