Modern house in a 1.5 acre lot in a mountain surrounded by forest, private and quiet with a long private driveway. Easy to access from main road. 2 minutes to the lake and town centre of Haliburton Village, a friendly, dynamic and vibrant economic centre. 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms split in two floors (ground floor and walk out basement) can easily accommodate a few families and friends stay for a good number of days. Hardwood floors, high ceilings, stunning fireplace and entertainment place elevates your vacation to another level. Two open-kitchen offers a good-size food preparation space. Beautiful mountain and forest view outdoor, with children's playground and fire pits. Hiking trails can access to backyard forest like no others (forest owned by a nice neighbour).
I am an Ontario travel expert and a publisher of an Ontario travel magazine since 2011. Based out of Toronto, I travel on the road most of the time. My husband is a professional photographer and a cameraman in a film studio. He travels a lot with me as my free lens. After a busy day, our favourite moment is to do peaceful meditation in our serene deck surrounded by trees.
