Welcome to my Niagara Villa.(License B&B facility) This luxury villa offers spectacular décor, chandeliers , and private backyard oasis. Guest has private Entrance.2 Bedrooms,2 washrooms(1 with sky light). Villa offers a full kitchen with utensils, basic spices,oil, coffee, tea, milk, bread, eggs, juice,cereal, etc. The cozy dining area & living area have a TV (65 inch with chrom cast installed plus HDMI cable) ,sofa bed & extra foam matress. Private fenced backyard has big heated pool (50,000 lit), new hottub, kid's play area, 2 big gazebo which perfect for family to enjoy the time. No Party,no smoking allowed in side the house. It's a pet free facility. Host will maintain outdoor pool area premises, has own place with seperate entrance.
Premises is next to Niagara falls water line and Kingston Parkway. Property is situated one of the most secure and peaceful neighborhoods with lots of greenary and magnificent water view. Tesla charging station is 1 min walk to premises at Kingston parkway.
