Property information

Located on the famous cherry blossom street in Arbutus, you can access the 25 bus (to UBC) and the 16 bus (to Downtown), minutes from your doorstep. It's 15 min. to Kitsilano, 30 min. Downtown, and only 5-6 km away from Stanley Park and Science World. Queen Elizabeth Park & Granville Island are only 3-4 km away. Our house has two kitchens, including a spice kitchen and a large kitchen island. We have a dining area and comfortable seating areas for you to relax in. AC is centralized throughout the house, and each bedroom will have its own fan and space heater.
