Remote work or relaxing is welcome, but using the unit for any type of business or commercial activity (including hosting clients, running services, or organizing events, etc.) is not allowed. Stays are reserved for the registered guests on the booking; one or two daytime visitors over the course of the stay is generally fine depending on the length of the reservation, but no visitors are permitted during night-time hours, and only registered guests may be in the unit overnight. Parties, celebrations, loud gatherings and similar activities are not permitted, in order to protect the comfort and safety of other guests, neighbours and our family.
