The main floor features a cozy lounge with a gas fireplace and Netflix TV, a dining area for 10, and a fully equipped kitchen with essentials. The half bathroom includes in-suite laundry, and there's a private hot tub with towels. One bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, TV, and ensuite with tub and shower. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: one with a queen bed and ensuite, another with a queen bed, and a third with twin bunk beds. The main bathroom has a tub and shower. This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to a thousand dollars for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs. Alternatively, the refundable security deposit is held on your credit card and returned in full if no damage occurs; repair costs are deducted if necessary. - Lost keys, keycards, fobs, remotes, or parking passes - Broken cups, plates, or other kitchenware - Accidental stains or tears in furniture, carpets, and bed linens - Accidental damage to walls, mirrors, or other fixtures
