Welcome to my spacious 4 BR House in Park Drive! This charming residence is located in Marpole district, a primarily residential area on the city's southern fringe. The district is known for its quiet streets, tree-lined boulevards, and convenient proximity to parks and green areas. Marpole Park, one of the area's most frequented parks, offers a playground, sports grounds, and picnic spots. It's a perfect spot for families and groups looking for a relaxing staycation.

Neighbourhood information

The Marpole district is a peaceful, predominantly residential area that is also home to a number of shops as cafes, eateries, and stores. Notable places include The Yard Café, known for its breakfast, brunch, and lunch offerings, and Gigi Blin, an informal Italian eatery renowned for its wood-fired pizzas and homemade pastas. In addition, the Marpole district is in close proximity to several attractions like the VanDusen Botanical Garden, home to a diverse array of global flora, and the Marpole-Oakridge Community Centre, equipped with a pool, gym, and other facilities.
