Great AIR-CONDITIONED place with lots of room for fun! NEAR AIRPORT!! Only 6 KM from the Airport. Basic rental is for up to 6 persons and can be supplemented by others staying at extra cost. Extra bedding provided. Two storey home. Main floor has living room, family room, kitchen, nook for dining, laundry room, office and powder room. Second floor has 3 bedrooms, ensuite in master bedroom with jet tub, full bathroom, bonus room with toys. Deck has patio furniture which is available when it is not snowing. Cameras externally (front and back porch) for security purposes. Stay cool with central air conditioning. Enjoy streaming TV. Garage and basement excluded. NO PARTIES OR GET TOGTHER'S PERMITTED IN THE HOUSE!
Im good for push messages. Also available on email and phone for anything more urgent.
Quiet peaceful area in Martindale North East, with easy access to strip mall, banks and restaurants. A childrens park is around the corner! Saddletowne station is a C-Train light rail station in on the Northeast Line (Route 202). Well served by buses too!
