Bathroom is just in the middle of Room B, which divides Room B into two halves. Front Half has one double size bed, desk and chair; Rear Half has one queen size bed. Therefore, Room B includes Front Half, Bathroom, Rear Half and mudroom. The Rear Half always has its privacy; the Front Half does not always have. <<<< GUERST ACCESS >>>> There is a common area with kitchen, dinning area on the ground floor, washer and dryer in the basement shared with all guests in this unit. <<<< PLEASE NOTE>>>> - Room B is is 220 square feet, including bathroom, so it is not spacious for two beds / 4 guests; - Only your room and bathroom are private. You have to share common area ( kitchen, living room, dining room and laundry) with guests from Room A and Room C; - Quiet hours is from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. the next day, except until 9 a.m. on Saturdays, Sundays and statutory holidays. - Parking: Free Parking at backyard - It is a Self-Cleaning Kitchen, So Clean Up After Yourself (including dining table); - Luggage storage service available, contact host for details before check in / check out;
