There are long-term tenants living in the unit downstairs, so I kindly ask that noise be kept to a respectful level, especially in the evenings. For groups of 5-6 guests, the third bedroom can be opened at no extra cost. For groups of 1-4 guests, please indicate your choice of two bedrooms at the time of booking. The third bedroom is also available, but the 5+ guest rate will apply.
