Paddle-Board/Kayak Rentals also nearby. Close to all major Bus Routes, VIU, Nanaimo's Historic Downtown Core, Hullo Ferry and Waterfront! Conference Centre, Live Theatre, Shopping centres. Explore the Island, spend the day in Victoria 80 min, Parksville 29 min, Mt Washington 90 mins drive away! This newly built self contained, 1 Bedroom Carriage Suite is bright, clean and completely separate from the primary residence. Sleeps 2-3, full kitchen, full bathroom, laundry facilities, pull out Queen sleeper sofa in the living room, Free Wifi, TV and parking. Walk to the Lake enjoy the Park or down the road to the General Store, Jingle Pot Pub for some delicious Fish & Chips, Serious Coffee or Splitsville Bowling Alley for a game of Bowling! Our Guest Suite is located just above our double garage, please know that occasionally we may need to open the garage door which you will hear. Otherwise we are careful not to disturb your stay and we respect your privacy. Please communicate any questions or concerns with hosts asap via Text, APP Messaging or come ring our doorbell. We are kid friendly! We've provided story books, colouring and board games for your children to enjoy during their stay:) You'll also find sand buckets/shovels and large beach towels to take to the lake! As a Safety Precaution please be aware that there are stairs up to the suite, but no baby gate. We live in a respectful quiet neighbourhood and expect our guests to be quiet and mindful of that. Absolutely NO DRUGS, NO Partying, NO Visitors, unregistered guests or third party reservations permitted. Absolutely NO Candles or Open Flames permitted, NO Smoking/Vaping, sorry NO pets. Only those over the age of 19 with NO Less than 2 POSITIVE REVIEWS will be considered for reservations. Min 2-night stay required.

I was born on the Island and I can't think of a more beautiful place to live! My husband and I have 3 adult children whom we love to bits. We love spending time outdoors and discovering new places to eat! Ask us where to get the best pizza we'll tell you our favourite places! We built our home in 2019 and want to share our above garage apartment with people who want to explore our beautiful Island, or just get some quiet R&R!
