Centrally located 5-10 mins drive from Airport, Signal Hill, Jelly Bean Row, The Rooms, HSC, Downtown, Avalon Mall and Stavenger Drive shopping district. On bus route. 2 spacious bedrooms; 1 queen bed each, kitchen with coffee bar. Dedicated work space. Full bath with tub. Three smart TVs. High speed Wifi. Premium cable. On-site parking for 1. Water dispenser. Air exchanger.
Your hosts will be Shawna and Charles. We live in the same building and we're a very pleasant, sociable couple and welcome all forms of communication from our guests. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us via the app, by text or phone call if you need anything at all during your stay.
Our home is strategically located in the East End of St John's, within 5-10 mins of most major locations, including St John's International Airport and Memorial University. We're at the entrance of a quiet cul-de-sac. There's limited traffic so you can sleep-in peacefully. Our unique location offers you the option to get around by car, bus or taxi. We're on a bus route. We're also within 5-6 mins walking distance to the nearby Tim Hortons, Dairy Queen and gas station with 24hrs convenience store. 5 mins walk to bus stop for route #23 to Avalon Mall. 5 mins walk to bus stop for route #14 to St John's International Airport.
