The Rooms are on the main floor and basement with a few steps but no wheelchair facility. There are three smart TVs : one in the living room on the main floor and two in each bedroom in the basement During winter the host cannot take responsibility for snow removal and your safety on the driveway; the shovel and snow salt are available at the shield on the driveway. If you are ok with this condition, then you are more than welcome to book our property. Guests are not allowed to use their own portable heater or portable cooler since the property has a heating/cooling system, and the host can adjust the temperature for the whole property. Towels could be renewed each 72 hours after check-in time between 7 PM and 11 PM if the request is received by 5 PM the same day. If you have pets, then you must have them on leash in the backyard, driveway, or surrounding streets. There is a laundromat nearby. The host is available from 7 am till 11 pm to answer questions, and check-in trouble shooting. No Party! No Smoking inside! No pets! Please Do Not use any material to clean the bathtub except for the provided sponge rubber gently! Please do not leave your stuff on the shared places Please do not go to the furnace room or leave anything there Using the background would be at your own risk since the gate doesn't open smoothly No Visitor is allowed!
