The space The unit is a 2 bedroom Carriage Suite, which means it has been built a top a detached 3 car garage. The main garage level has been split into 2 separate spaces, allowing for a private single car garage and Carriage Suite access for our guests. The unit is best accessed primarily from the back alley, and a gate has been installed to enclose the lower level space and allow for maximum privacy. The lower gate opens easily to allow guests to pass along side to the front of the home should they require, such as for meeting a taxi or an Uber. Unlike other Carriage Suites we have heavily invested in sound and vibration dampening equipment to mitigate the majority of the sound created by the garage equipment or overhead doors in both the private and residents garage to allow for as much peace and quiet as possible. Ample exterior lighting has been installed to run on timers so you can feel safe and secure any time you come and go. Complimenting the space is a beautifully decorated private exterior balcony space with patio furniture to allow your group to enjoy the mild evenings in comfort. Guest access: Keypad The self check-in lock box is located on the Garage in the alley. The lock box is found near the smaller single car garage door and will be accessible via a 4 digit code.
