Nestled in the basement of a single-family house occupied by the landlord, this studio offers you privacy and comfort with its own entrance and a magical garden seating area under a pergola for your exclusive use. A parking space is available for your vehicle, with the cost already included in the overnight price. The studio itself surprises with its spaciousness and excellent amenities that leave nothing to be desired. It features a generous space, furnished with a comfortable double bed (160x200 cm), a sofa, and a dining table. A well-equipped kitchenette with a ceramic glass cooktop, oven, and a large refrigerator invites you to cook. For your convenience, there is also a shower/toilet with an included hairdryer. It is particularly noteworthy that the entire object was constructed according to ecological and building biology criteria. The outdoor area of the studio leaves nothing to be desired. You have access to a private garden seating area with a table and chairs, ideal for relaxed hours outdoors. Upon request, sun loungers, a sun umbrella, and a garden grill are also available. For exploration trips into the surrounding area, the bus stop with connections to Lucerne is just a three-minute walk away. The nearby Meggerwald forest and the distance to the lake, which can be covered in about 15 minutes, offer perfect conditions for nature lovers.
