This tastefully furnished three-bedroom apartment welcomes you to a bright, open-plan living room: here is the TV area with a comfortable sofa for relaxing at the end of the day; next to it, a dining table for 4. From here you have access to the terrace: enjoy an aperitif outdoors and the mild Ticino climate on the balcony, furnished with a deck chair and a small table for two. The lovely, lively kitchen is modern and complete with everything you need to cook like at home. There are two bedrooms, both doubles, spacious and furnished with closets to store even the longest vacation wardrobe. There are also two bathrooms, one service and one with a bathtub-shower. A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit.

At the La Lanchetta restaurant, a 5-minute walk away, there is a marina that welcomes boats departing for the various destinations of the Ceresio. How to get: By car, take the Lugano Nord exit and set the GPS: in 15 minutes you will reach the apartment. By train, from Lugano station, take bus No. 6 towards “Lugano, Cornaredo”, for 4 stops and get off at the “Lugano, Ponte Madonnetta” stop; or, get to the “Lugano, Ai Frati” stop, and take bus N.3 towards “Lugano, Resega”, for 7 stops to the “Cassarate, Scuole” stop.
