Charming apartment on the Untersee in Arosa. It is completely renovated and furnished in a rustic and modern style. It is ideal for small families and couples and has a terrace overlooking the street and the mountains. The apartment has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a small bathroom and a double bed. The second bedroom has a single bed and a bunk bed. The living room is spacious and has access to the terrace. It is equipped with wifi, cable TV, Apple TV and stereo. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a dining table with seating for 5 people. Guests can use the building's laundry room every Wednesday and leave their skis at the entrance. There is also an allocated parking space in the building.
