Built in 2024 in the Sementina district of Bellinzona, the house combines minimalist, Nordic-inspired architecture with a rustic-modern character. The holiday apartment “Casa Carlo” (approx. 95 m²) is entirely at the guests’ disposal, with a private entrance and no shared areas. The apartment is designed for up to 4 adults and 2 children (cot/mattress available on request). The entrance is located on the first floor and is accessible via an external staircase directly from the parking area. The apartment extends over two levels: First floor: Entrance with wardrobe and laundry room Second floor: Spacious living room with dining area and open kitchen, two double bedrooms, one bathroom with shower, and a terrace (approx. 25 m²) with stunning mountain views On the ground floor there is a garden, partly lawn and partly gravel, equipped with a garden table and a private parking space for exclusive use. All rooms offer views of the surrounding mountains.

Welcome to the holiday apartment Casa Carlo! I am delighted to welcome you as my guests. I personally designed the house – as an architect, it is my passion to combine architecture and design with a warm and comfortable atmosphere. In my free time, I love spending time with my family, going hiking or skiing. I also enjoy music and singing. My hobbies include plants, puzzles, crafts and sewing – little passions that have already flowed into, or will continue to shape, the design and atmosphere of Casa Carlo.
