The two-room apartment has a large and bright fully furnished lounge-kitchen with a balcony, a double bedroom and bathroom with tub and shower. The apartment is new, well furnished and designed with attention to details. It’s located on the fourth floor accessible by elevator. It is located just in front of the park of the university USI and close to city center. The apartment is directly connected by bus with the central train station. It is possibile to rent a park for CHF 25.- per night.
In the apartment are available turistic guides and flyer of the events in the area. You can also find cards of some bars and restaurants. I will gladly answer questions and give advice.
The apartment is located just in front if the university USI. In a few minutes you can walk to the city center and the lake. Nearby there are all the services (bar, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, newsagents, post office, bank, etc.) In the flat you can find guides of the Lugano Region. Holiday cards with discount for attractions are available. The flat is located in via Madonnetta 15, Lugano. You can reach it by car; there are some parking nearby or you can have a park at CHF 25.-/ night. If you are by train, you can take the bus nr.5, 6 or 461 and in a few minutes you will reach the house (stop Università).
