Our apartments, with 2 to 4 rooms, welcome up to six guests and offer the perfect starting point to relax and explore the surrounding natural beauty. The interior includes a spacious entryway with wardrobe, seamlessly transitioning into an open kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, three-burner stove, espresso pot, and kettle. The living room, complete with fondue set, allows access to a generous balcony through a sliding door. Three cozy bedrooms, one with a master bed and integrated wet room, and another with a double bed, complement the living spaces. Two bathrooms, one of which can be optionally booked, ensure additional comfort. Underfloor heating in all areas guarantees a cozy warmth. The outdoor area offers a play and lounging lawn on the first lower floor for relaxation. The provision of a washing machine and tumble dryer for communal use promises everyday comfort even on vacation. The apartment is located in a region that offers a plethora of recreational activities in the Appenzell region: from hiking and Nordic walking to mountain biking to skiing enjoyment and cross-country skiing. A grocery store is only 1500m away, while the lake is 8000m and the nearest mountain/cable car is 2000m away. Culture enthusiasts can visit museums and show dairies, while the nearby mineral spa Unterrechstein provides relaxation.
