The renovated 2-room apartment on the ground floor is located directly across from Lake Heidsee. In winter, the cross-country ski trail starts right in front of the house, and the nearest ski lift is just a 5-minute walk away. To reach the village, guests can take the free bus, with the nearest stop only 100 meters from the building. In summer, the water sports center and the unique sandy beach with a children's adventure area invite visitors to relax or enjoy an active summer holiday. Living Space This apartment accommodates 2 people and is also pet-friendly. The cozy unit features an open living room with a fireplace and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bright bedroom. The terrace is furnished with garden furniture and offers a view of the greenery. The modern bathroom includes a bathtub. A free parking space is available in the underground garage. The gourmet restaurant La Riva is located in the same building and is renowned far beyond the region for its excellent cuisine.

The apartment is in the apartment complex "La Riva" (3 houses) with a first-class restaurant in the 1st house (Restaurant La Riva). There is an indoor pool in the house (water temperature 22 degrees/open from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., except Mondays and Fridays: closed from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. for cleaning). 2 saunas (Finnish sauna: approx. 80-90 degrees / infrared sauna: 60 degrees).
