▶ A fully equipped & well-located 3.5 room family apartment on the ground floor in a calm neighborhood. A cozy & bright apartment with lots of sunlight. ▶ An open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, spacious living room, WiFi, fireplace, WC shower and a bath tub, private patio w/ dining table, underground parking, ski room, board games, children toys, TV (has a HDMI wire). ▶ Great starting point for skiing & hiking. Nearby a skibus stop, shop, bank, restaurant, bakery. All this in 5-10 min walking distance.

▶ A calm and lovely low-rise residential building neighborhood of couples and families with children. ▶ Lots of hiking trails nearby, a lake with great views from the footbridge, a large playground and picnic tables. CAR INFO: ▶ There is a designated parking place for 1 car in the underground garage. ▶ Possible to park in front of the house for loading/unloading the car. ▶ Gas station 5 min driving distance. ▶ Nearest EV charging station 2 min driving distance. STORE: ▶ In a 7 minute walking distance (2 min driving) is a supermarket where you can buy basically everything you need, the store is open 7 days a week. BUS: ▶ Distance to skibus is about 5 min walk.
