Pleasant stay with beautiful ocean view from the 15th floor (highest in the building). Pets are welcome. Located in a building with access control (24/7), parking for one vehicle. Steps from the beach and from the best restaurants of Viña del Mar. Located at one of nice streets of the city. Small audio system with bluetooth, radio, CD. TV HD with internet service allows to access youtube, netflix (requires your own account).
I have worked supporting a voluntary organization for more than 20 years that attends exchange students every year from different countries in their adapting processes to our culture. I speak English. I think I am attentive and concerned about solving what the visitors may require.
Calle 8 Norte is one of the most beautiful streets in the city that reaches the sea and connects with San Martín coastal avenue, the nerve center of the city's tourism. It's a quiet, safe neighborhood. You see many people walking with their pets. 1 block from Acapulco Beach, 3 blocks from Vergara Pier (Muelle Vergara), 3 blocks from the main public mobilization of the city, plus from all the best known restaurants just accross the street to no more of 4 blocks around the building, you will find wine bars and fast food main companies. Also 5 blocks from Viña del Mar Casino and 8 blocks from the 3 most important malls in the city. There is a supermarket within meters of the building and a small mall in the first floor area. 1.3 kms from Wulff Castle, 2 kms from Flower Clock (Reloj de Flores), less than 1 km to Museo Fonck (Moai)
