The apartment is wonderful, new just delivered, it was designed so that you can spend yours days of peace and quiet with a beautiful view of the sea and the forests. The apartment has first class equipment, which will make your holidays an unbeatable place, it’s located steps from the beach, close to restaurants and shops where you can find what you need, the apartment is located at a distance of 5 minutes from the center of Puerto Montt by car, with excellent connectivity, at the beginning of the Patagonia to the Austral road.
Your stay includes a courtesy country breakfast at the time of your arrival, so you don't need to worry about it the next day, enjoy it!
My name is Linda Suazo, I have lived in Puerto Montt for more than 20 years, I love my city and all its surroundings, I love to travel and my apartment has everything that I like to have when I travel, cleanliness and comfort define it, I am sure you will enjoy your stay very much, since I have taken care of all the details to make it so.
The neighborhood is very quiet and residential, the bus to the city center passes at the corner of the apartment, if you walk two blocks towards the coast from the apartment is the Pelluco beach, where you will find bars, restaurants, coffee shops and mini markets to buy what you may need in the Juan Soler Manfredinni coastal avenue, where you will also find public transportation.
The distance to the city center of Puerto Montt is about 5 minutes by car, you can also walk 4 kilometers along the coastal road until to the city center of Puerto Montt. The Uber also works perfectly throughout the city.
Puerto Varas is 20 minutes away by car.
