Set in a stylish heritage building right in front of the Punta Arena’s main square, Hotel Plaza offers rooms with free WiFi, and breakfast. Fully carpeted, rooms at Plaza Hotel feature floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city. All of them feature heating and TV sets. An American breakfast is served daily. The access to the hotel and its rooms is by stairs only Excursion can be booked at the tour desk. Hotel Plaza is in the heart of the city centre. Carlos Ibanez Del Campo Airport is 20 minutes away by car.

The hotel's front desk and all its rooms are accessible by stairs only.

LOCAL TAX LAW.

Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%.

Foreign tourists: to be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).
