According to the China National Law all guests must hold their own valid identity certificate for check-in.
Without the valid identity certificate, Chinese guests must hold the “Hotel Accommodation Proof” issued by local public security bureau, and foreign guests must hold the “Hotel Accommodation Proof” issued by Xiamen Public Security Bureau of Exit and Entry Administration.
Valid Identity Certificate is subject to the rules of local public security bureau. The baby must hold residence booklet, Birth Certificate is NOT the proper documentation.
