Hi, we’re George and Judy, a Shanghai-based couple with 25 years of local experience. Now that our kids have moved out, we’ve opened our home to share our passion for authentic Chinese culture. Stay in our cozy homestay with breakfast, pick-up services, and ticket booking, and enjoy on-site workshops like tea ceremonies, calligraphy and watercolor painting, Chinese cooking, and running or biking tours in our neighborhoods—all of which can be booked separately. Our lift-equipped apartment is located in Jiuting Town, in the northeast of Songjiang District, Shanghai. It’s nestled in a modern, quiet, and green neighborhood with a stunning forest view, surrounded by restaurants, international schools, parks, hills, and shopping centers. Just 15 minutes by car to Hongqiao Airport and Railway Station, and 15 minutes by bus to the nearest subway station. The city center is only 25 to 30 minutes away by car, and you can easily visit historic water towns like Qibao and Zhujiajiao within an hour.
