1.Our Apartment is a place for couples, friends and families. We have strict policies against drug use.

2. Additional visitors not included in the reservation must pay an additional cost of COP 50,000. Additional visitors are those who have not registered at check-in. The maximum occupancy must be respected at all times.

3. A photo of EACH VISITOR's passport or Colombian ID must be sent prior to check-in. WITHOUT EXCEPTIONS.

4. Guests must complete a registration form, a requirement required by the National Tourism Registry, it is important to have this information so that they receive instructions for check-in.

5.. Parties are not allowed inside the property.

6. Minors unaccompanied by their parents or legal guardians are not allowed to enter the property. -Any minor who wishes to enter the property must be accompanied by at least one of their parents (certificate).

7. Reservations DO NOT include daily room cleaning.

8. Secure digital door and personalized access code that only belongs to you. Don't worry about carrying keys!

9. Check-in 15:00 | Departure 11am. Late check-out will have an additional charge of 50% of the cost of the night.

10. It is prohibited to make reservations for another person. To be a valid reservation, the Booking account holder must be present on all days of the reservation/stay.
