Property information

Confortable room, counts with air conditioner, fan, Wifi, Smart tv, private bathroom and basic communal kitchen. Located to 10 minutes by walking to the historical center and the Santa Marta´s bay.

Neighbourhood information

Very quiet neighborhood. Very central, near to supermarkets, and public transportation. Located just to one block to the 5th street, which is highly transited by public transportation that can take you to the historical center and the Santa Marta´s bay.
