This is an amazing apartment near of the UPTC Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia, that makes this zona residential but with a lot of trade. There are minimarkets, bars, restaurants, parkings and washcars near. The access to public transport service is very close, the stop is one block away. The apartment has 3 rooms, each one with tv and wardrobe; there is an integral kitchen and two bathrooms. It is located near a mountainous area so there are good views from various points of the apartment.
