A building in the exclusive sector of Playa Salguero This beautiful loft and new apartment, with spectacular finishes. New furniture. Private parking and direct access to the sea. The apartment is on a 6th floor with elevator. There is a kitchen fully equipped with utensils. The beds are delivered with clean sheets and blankets. On the sofa bed you can sleep 1 or 2 person (s) very comfortably. We also have clean towels available. The building has: -Pool for young children, normal pool, sunny chairs -Spit -Social area on the third floor with WIFI, sofas perfect for lateness and / or to be aware of children in the pool, to be in the shade for a while -The Wind building is in front of the beach, so you do not have to move to enjoy the Caribbean Sea, Salguero Beach is a beach apart from the Rodadero therefore it is clean and much quieter. -The building has kiosks facing the sea, which can be booked in advance and thus enjoy a day at the beach with much comfort and shade! -Baths for men and women next to the pool -Permanent monitoring
Bienvenidos a la ciudad de Santa Marta, gracias por preferirnos y disfrutar de una espectacular estadia en Playa Salguero frente a la playa.
The ocean view of the Building is a spectacle, but the wonderful thing is to find and enjoy the beach just a few steps from the entrance, you can find native restaurants such as Chef del Mar, the Sunday egg arepas, availability of tents, sunbeds , walk to the mountain, go to the Arrecife Shopping Center, where you can find food court, recreation area for children, Cinema. Further north is the spectacular Water Park, which is close to the impressive Bellavista Shopping Center. The Salguero beach area is one of the most exclusive and not as congested as Rodadero.
