Situated just three blocks from Esterillos Beach, this amazing oasis offers the best in carefree coastal living with home highlights including an in-ground pool and a large, enclosed yard surrounded by fragrant fruit trees. When you're ready to explore the area, you can walk right down to the beach or take a scenic drive out to Manuel Antonio National Park. Other opportunities include whale-watching tours, waterfall tours, ziplining, and fishing. The interior is bright and inviting, with modern home features including; a stainless steel full kitchen, free WiFi, smart TVs, a private washer/dryer, ceiling fans, and mini-split air-conditioners. Each of the three bedrooms includes a private en suite bathroom. One of the bedrooms is located in the detached pool house suite for added privacy. House Rules Check-in time: 4:00 pm. Check-out time: 10:00 am. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 18 years of age to book. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
