The unit has two bedrooms and three bathrooms, fitting six guests total. The condo has all the comforts of a modern home with stainless steel appliances, porcelain countertops, air-conditioning, cable TV, free WiFi, a dining room for six guests, and a private pool with incredible sunset and ocean views. In its main bedroom, guests can find a premium queen bed, a sofa bed, and a private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has one queen bed and a private bathroom. Both rooms have their separate AC unit and enjoy stunning ocean views. A shared sun deck and BBQ area are available on the property. The apartment includes private parking for two cars.

Welcome to Childhood Dream House! My name is Eliecer, I am from Costa Rica, and I've been living in the province of Alajuela for the last 12 years. I love the ocean, so I travel to beach destinations often and occasionally vacation on cruises to relax. I enjoy exercising, walking on the beach, and biking in the mountains in my free time. Also, spending quality time with my family is my passion. I enjoy the company of my wife, children, and grandchildren. Our Amazing Childhood Dream house is located one mile from Punta Leona Hotel & Club, a 750-acre reserve in a rainforest home to iguanas, scarlet macaws, toucans, white-faced monkeys, spider monkeys, sloths, coatis, and more. We are also at a 5-minute walk from Playa Blanca, the only white sand / blue sea beach in the area and which has year after year won the highly sought-after Eco Blue Flag (Bandera Azúl Ecológica).
