At 2000 ft elevation (600 meters), the temperatures are a perfect 70-80s (21-26 C) throughout the year. Located in a valley on more than 700 acres of high-mountain rainforest, Toucan Valley is a perfect place to walk the trails to waterfalls and fruit and vegetable gardens where we have documented 176 species of birds (400 species in this Zone), four different kinds of monkeys and a vast array of mammals, reptiles and some of the world’s most beautiful butterflies and insects. 4x4 Vehicle required all year round.

Enjoy the many hiking trials and waterfalls on the property and the peace and tranquillity that comes with our location. There is a Community Center at the heart of the resort, a short walk from all the villas. The center includes a self service bar area, swimming pool, laundry room and space for yoga and other activities. We also have a community vegetable garden and seasonal fruit forest. Because of our unique remote location, we don’t have any stores or supermarkets near by. It is a 30 min drive to the nearest Supermarket. 4x4 Vehicle required all year round.
