3048 is a lovely 1 bed apartment with new furnishings, it is an ideal location for rest and relaxation, offering garden views.

Neighbourhood information

Santa Maria is a quaint little town on the south coast of Sal. It has a lovely multi cultural feeling to it, many nationalities have made Sal their home. Santa Maria is a a little hive of activity throughout the day and night. It first become popular with the surfers, its location in the Atlantic is perfect for wave and kit surfing and thousands come here each year to home their skills or to learn. We are luck to have beautiful unspoilt beaches, a very moon like landscape and of course our year-round sunshine Cape Verde a reputation as Africa’s answer to the Caribbean. The sparkling blue sea and soft white beaches sweep up into volcanic mountains. In town you will find an array of bars and restaurants to choose from each evening to suit all tastes and budgets. Why not give Cape Verde a try, its not everybody's cup of tea but you either love its charm or you dont. Hundreds of thousands of tourists per year can't all be wrong !!!
