At your arrival at Sal airport the driver will wait for you at the luggage control exit with a sign with your first name and last name written on it. At your arrival at the residence a person will wait for you to give you the apartment keys. Tap water in the apartments is desalinated; we suggest you to drink bottled water Extra expenses: Transport airport / apt 20 Euro Extra fee late arrival: 20 Euro transfer more late arrival 10 Euro (late check-in) Towels and sheets supply in your reservation. Final cleaning included in your reservation. If you require extra cleaning, new towels or bedding 'during your stay' then this can be provided for an extra charge. A 100 Euros deposit is required and will be given back at your departure before damages, water and electric costs are checked. Use of water ( 6 Euro per cubic meter ) and electricity ( 0,85 Euro per KW) if you use more water or electricity than the one calculated on the reservation Please, do not use our towels on the beach. If you damage our clean and white towels and sheets with indelible stains (wine, blood, red soil, etc), you'll be charged to replace for it with a minimum of euro 15 (for the moment it never happen NEWS!!!! Really one of the most quiet area of the island, called Praia Antonio Sousa. In the apt there is a furnished kitchen large wardrobe, a balcony to enjoy, The flat is never too warm because it is at north position , nice windy, never need air conditioning. The connection is wifi is avaible buying a local sim card for your smart phone or your tablet. The signal is very good from the flat location. The place is very safe:) Minimum stay is required.
