Bright and sunny apartment comprises sitting/living room facing Mediterranean Sea and 3 bedrooms facing both sea and picturesque mountains. Alania complex is placed in ecologically clean district of Limassol and if you open the window of bedroom facing north you can hear the sounds of wild partridges walking on the hills. Our guests will enjoy meeting sunrises and sunsets sitting in spacious verandah with book, cup of coffee or glass of wine. You can prepare either light snack or "serious" steak in fully equipped kitchen or simply order pizza or pasta for your kids from numerous cafes nearby. Both adults and children will feel comfortable and safe in swimming pool/garden area with recreation zone. It's convenient place for both family travelers and explorers of new places.
I lived in Cyprus for more than 20 years and I know many interesting things about the history, traditions and customs of this ancient country. There are many unique places in this island and I'd be happy to share with our guests with all I know. I also love travelling, for last 20 years I visited more than 50 countries and I believe I know what travelers might be interested in. Despite the fact that I am a teacher, I love to study new things and obtain new knowledge and experiences. I'm an open-minded and friendly person, loving life, peoples, my children, reading, growing my roses, travelling.
The guests will surely enjoy the location of this sunny apartment, peacefully cradled in the heart of ancient town of Amathus and in the vicinity of 5* hotels, popular restaurants, traditional taverns and fancy clubs. In just 50 meter walk you'll find well equipped sandy beaches, sea-side promenade stretching for more than 10 km from east to west of the town, bike path with bicycle rent points. It's worth to have lunch or dinner in sea-front "Pasalimani" of "Limanaki" fish taverns, to visit trendy "Dolce" club which are really nearby. Public bus stop and food stall are just next to entrance of Alania complex whereas "Metro" supermarket is 5 min drive.
