This Beautiful Private Villa Pearl, with an Amazing Swimming Pool and BBQ area where you can walk to the beach. Our goal is to lower our carbon footprint, And our Solar hot water heaters are green, this why we installed a solar water heating system and also push to reduce electric consumption, Nowadays, saving energy is very important. Avoiding the waste of electric energy is something we can do and can do with the use of timer switches that allows us to avoid unreasonable loss of electric energy through time management. This is why we use energy saver switches and you will be given an allowance of electricity(20kwh/day) which is the average daily consumption in Cyprus. Any additional electricity consumption will be charged at Euro 0.30/Kwh. Please recycle and protect the planet. Buyletcyprus Management is a Professional Management Company. 60 Meters to the Beach next to a Supermarket and a Restaurant, Down the street from the New Ayia Napa Yacht Marina and the Waterpark.
