Seaside modern 1 bedroom apartment situated in a privileged position in the heart of Latchi Harbour , with sea & mountain view. Half minute walk from the beach, Latchi Harbor, Public playground, bars, cafes and restaurants. The ideal location for exploring Akamas, by sea or by car. Walk to the beach or relax on the front patio looking at the sea or enjoy the communal swimming pool. The apt can accommodate up to 4 ppl. Has fully equipped kitchen, 55 inch smart tv, Wifi, Netflix, air condition & ceiling fans in all rooms.

Beach, kids Public playground and outdoor gym just a few steps away. Situated in the heart of Latchi harbour and close all amendies. Restaurants, cafes and bars are a few metres away.
