Relax with the whole family or just the two of you in this tranquil private setting. This spacious villa, just 200 meters away from either pebble or sandy Pervolia beaches, Cyprus, is 15 minutes drive from Larnaca airport. There are 3 good size bedrooms on the 1st floor (2 doubles and 1 single) and an open plan living and dining area downstairs. An outdoor patio offers dining area and a well maintained swimming pool surrounded by mature shrubs and trees.
I have owned the villa from the very start when it was still being built, so I treat it as a home, the place has so many good memories and been looked after well. I am based in London working in a University and the villa in Cyprus is our holiday home. When we are not there, we would welcome you!
The villa is a part of a tranquil gated complex, situated in close proximity to charming village with lovely tavernas and shops selling fresh locally grown produce. You can easily walk to the sea (pebbled or sandy beach) from the property. This is a rural area with not very busy roads, unless you fancy getting out into Larnaca or Nicosia where you might face a bit of traffic. The villa is located about 15 minutes drive from Larnaca international airport, towards Meneo village.
