Property information

DownTown Living couldn't be more central. It is right in the middle of Old and New Nicosia, hence you can choose to see everything in a day! If you'd like to take advantage of the central bus station and visit other places of Nicosia or Cyprus, you can! All you have to do is walk outside the building and there you have it, pick your destination, get your ticket and off you go! We've taken good care to renovate the apartment completely and maximise your comfort experience, with everything you may need during your stay, and a little extra! The apartment is spacious, always clean and well-tended with decorations, plants and facilities to assist in making your visit relaxing one and most importantly to feel at home!

La Croissanterie cafe located at the ground floor of 'DownTown Living' is without a doubt the place of choice for a relaxing time that will give you the impression of being in a pretty little "coin perdu de Paris"! Its exquisite menu and affordable coffee prices, allows for the perfect break from AM to PM. Other than that, the choice of bars, clubs, cafes, restaurants, shops and kiosks is endless, as, don't forget, you ARE in the heart of Nicosia!
