The lower floor consists of a lounge area with 80inch TV, a dinning area and kitchen with center island bench seating fully designed for those guests that love to simultaneously cook and entertain, and all of the sliding doors can be opened to connect this inside space to the pool patio, creating the ideal hosting experience. Adjoining the kitchen, there is a pantry with an additional sink, and an array of kitchen devices such as smoothies machine, juicer, waffle maker, panning grill, air fryer, rice cooker, and electric fondue set.
