Very comfortable one bedroom apartment newly renovated, ground floor, suitable for people that have difficulties with steps. Parking space right outside of the entrance door, 50 meters away from the main bus stop ( bus 615 runs frequently ), ATM machine on premises . The pools of the complex are right behind the apartment with either steps or road access. Large covered terrace, nice sea view and mountain view.
The owners of the apartment run a business next to the apartment ( Leo Opsimos Car hire). They are in the office every day ( during office hours) to offer assistance if required . They are also able to offer discounted car hire for their customers , arrange transport from the airport and help with several tours.
The complex is themed on a Greek island Ikaria with nice gardens, lovely pools, tennis court, covered parking and small alleyways adjoining the different blocks. Easy access with car or public transport to the town, to the Tourist area and to the country side.
