If you are looking for high end, luxury apartment offering a garden view. This brand new top quality building is situated in the most desirable area of Mackenzie and Larnaca. Located on the hill you can enjoy one of the best sunsets you have ever seen and summer breeze throughout the year. Just 3 min walk from the famous Mackenzie beach and 3 min walk from the Larnaca Salt lake ( if you are in season you can enjoy watching Flamingos!). Note: Please be reminded not to leave the keys inside the apartment or behind the door, as doing so will require us to contact a locksmith to retrieve them, resulting in an additional charge for the guest.
