PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A ROOM ONLY, NOT THE WHOLE APPARTMENT FOR RENT. Very modern luxury flat in a central Paphos located in a quiet area with a beautiful pool and garden views. The free car park is inside the complex, as well as large swimming pool with sunbeds, sun umbrellas, outside and inside shower facilities and a toilet by the pool area. It is situated 10 minutes walk from the town center and 20 minutes from the sea front, very close to the local bus stop. It is occupied by a very friendly owner and her small Malteze dog Lucky. The whole property is very clean and sanitized before you arrive. There are two double bedrooms for rent and one single room which I sleep in. The rooms are lockable, for your privacy. The shared areas are: lounge, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The Wi-Fi is free of charge as well as ceiling fans. The air conditioning is available for an extra charge of 7 euro per day. There is a 42-inch smart TV in the lounge for your use. In the kitchen there is a kettle, toaster, fridge, cutlery and plates. The washing machine is available only for 3 days stay or more. Cooking in the kitchen is not available, but you are welcome to bring take away food and eat it in the dining room. Please don't keep open snacks in your room, because that will attract ants. Each room has high quality, very clean cotton bedlinen and two towels per person are provided. All you need to bring is your beach/pool towels. The bedside cabinets are empty for your use. Kindly note that in the wardrobes there are some of my clothes, but also plenty of space for yours. The bathroom is fully equipped including hair dryer.
