Wonderful villa in wonderful location! Everything is in walking distance 3-7 min walk. Villa has everything for the relaxing holiday near the sea. The villa is an excellent choice for families and for wedding parties as there are several villas close to this one and also, this is an excellent choice for winter holidays as the house has a central heating system, which makes its attractive for winter holiday makers Villa is located in the resort Pernera, Protaras. Shops, restaurants, pubs are in 5 min walk. The villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs and an open plan living room, dining room with a separate, fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet downstairs. The patio doors lead you to the pool area with sun beds. BBQ and garden furniture. There is a private parking. The nearest beach is in 5 min walk, there are other 4 sandy beaches in the area and all of them are in walking distance The villa has a central heating which is an excellent opportunity for a relaxing holiday in winter time, when its still hot in the day time, but already cool in the night. There are several villas in the same complex, which is very good for the big companies or wedding guests
