In the heart of Nicosia! Stylish fully renovated, two bedroom luxury apartment in an elegant, neoclassical, townhouse, listed building. Can comfortably accommodate a couple or a family of four. Fully equipped kitchen. A/C units and heaters. Comfortable bathroom with shower. Close to the historical sights, Eleftherias Square and the commercial streets Ledras, Makariou & Stasikratous. The walled city centre is one of the most beautiful neighbourhoods in Nicosia. The space Enjoy a luxury experience at this centrally-located place. Where you’ll be Nicosia, Cyprus Less than a minute walk from the old atmospheric and vibrant town surrounded by the Venetian walls. Less than a minute walk from coffee shops, restaurants, bars, galleries and a plethora of shopping opportunities within the vibrant and multi culture old town. Walking distance from local supermarkets. Getting around The apartment is within a minute walk from Ledras Street and Eleftherias Square. Easy access to all city transportation network (bus station) - a minute walk from Solomou Square where you can find all the bus routes to take you anywhere in Nicosia and to any other city in Cyprus.
