Located in one of the best areas of Protaras, by Ayios Elias Church with mountain and sea views. The location offers peace and serenity while being only a 10-12 minute walk to the Protaras Main Strip. Fully renovated and finished to a high standard, this maisonette can sleep up to 6 people. 2 bedrooms; 1 with a premium mattress double bed and the second with 2 premium mattress single beds that can be converted to a double bed. Fully Air-Conditioned. Large sofa bed in the living room can sleep 2. Baby Cot also included (7th person) Water/electricity/wifi-internet and cleaning fees are included in the price. Outdoor Shower Fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, induction cooking hob, microwave, toaster and cooking hood. Additional amenities include a washing machine, clothes iron and iron board, clothes hanger. Mini-LED Smart TV. The property features a State of the Art 38 Jet Hydrotherapy Hot Spa in the garden as seen in the pictures!
