After years of staying in hotels and basic apartments, we were inspired to create something unique. Our answer is the Summer House, a two-story, fully equipped townhouse nestled in a serene residential area just 700 metres from the sea. With three distinct outdoor areas offering tranquil views of the quiet street and distant mountains, it's a retreat unlike any other. Stratis Village, home to The Summer House, is a vibrant melting pot of cultures. A leisurely walk through the shaded courtyard leads to a well-kept communal lawn and gardens. Just a 12-minute stroll further, you'll find yourself at the beach, with many restaurants, tavernas, and beach bars lining the coastal path to Latchi Marina. The Summer House was completely refurbished in May 2019, and we recently added a log fire ideal for cooler winter nights. The kitchen facilities include everything you need: a toaster, kettle, microwave, food processor, food grill, washing machine, and fridge/freezer. The living/dining area includes a large Smart TV and Google Home with a streaming box for many films, international channels, and Netflix. Fast broadband is also available free of charge. New air conditioning has been fitted in the living room and bedroom, keeping the property cool in the summer and warm in the winter. This makes it perfect for holidays at any time of year. Polis Town Modern Polis, a town with a unique charm, is built on the ruins of two ancient cities, Marion and Arsinoe, dating back almost 3000 years. Its beautiful, paved streets and unspoilt character, quaint sandstone buildings around a pedestrianised town centre with its restaurants, bars and souvenir shops, make it a delightful place to hang out on a summer evening, inviting you to explore its history and culture. Latchi The small harbour of Latchi is located about three kilometres west of the town of Polis. From the Summer House, a short 12-minute walk along the main coastal road or via the coastal path on the beach takes you to the first of many restaurants on the beachfront.
