Free WIFI is provided within the hotel and rooms All of our rooms have private showers and private wc Due to high demand sea and pool view rooms will be upon availability ! We remind you that CHECK-IN time starts at 14:00 and we will gladly check you in earlier depending on availability! The property is situated on a prime location in Ayia Napa close to many amenities and services. Souvenirs, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, bars and clubs are just on a walking distance from the hotel. It offers elegance, it is stylish, a fresh brand new up-to-date hotel. Within the property is a modern reception with lobby including elevator, swimming pool with timed lighted-waterfalls and jacuzzi, parking within the area of the hotel but also just outside the property! The rooms are spacious studios categorized as hotel rooms. Breakfast is available within the property! Fridge, kettle and safe box they are provided for additional fees, adaptors and beach towels are provided by deposit. Towels and beach towels are changed every third day without any extra charge. We provide cleaning service daily. However we are fully compatible with European Union rules and regulations on energy savings and as a green hotel we provide clean towels (room and beach) every 3rd day without any extra fees. Nevertheless, you need to keep your balcony door shut completely for the air conditioning to function. For your own convenience, we provide hangers on all room balconies that can also be used to dry towels. Free Parking: You can always park within the hotel or just outside of our territory in the front of the hotel (onsite parking). Anywhere else is strictly prohibited and you could be fined. You can always be advised by our experienced staff! Our rooms are strictly non-smoking rooms, but you may smoke on the balcony!
